Professor K.F. Wong
K.F. Wong is Associate Dean (External Affairs) of the Faculty of Engineering, Professor in the Department of Systems Engineering and Engineering Management, Director of Centre for Innovation and Technology, and Associate Director of Centre for Entrepreneurship, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). He is also Director of Key Laboratory on High Confidence Software Technologies (Sub-Lab, CUHK), Ministry of Education, and Honorary Professor of Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen.
His research interest focuses on Chinese natural language processing and database. He has published over 260 technical papers in these areas in different international journals, conferences and books. He is a senior member of IEEE, fellows of ACL, BCS (UK), IEE (UK) and HKIE and Honorary Fellow, Hong Kong Professional Validation Council. Also, He is the founding Editor-In-Chief of ACM Transactions on Asian Language Processing (TALIP), and International Journal on Computational Linguistics and Chinese Language Processing.
K.F. is very active in professional activities and social services. He serves as Member, The 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; Executive Committee, Guangdong Provincial Association for Advancement of Guangdong, Hong Kong & Macau Greater Bay Area Cooperation; Standing Committee, 6th Shenzhen Association for Science and Technology; International Advisory Committee, 12th Guangzhou Association for Science and Technology as well as ex-member of 12th Gunagzhou Committee of the Chinese People'sPeople's Consultative Conference.
Locally, KF is Director, Finance Dispute Resolution Centre Board; Chairman of the Vetting Committee of the IT Innovation Lab in Secondary Schools Initiative; Chairman, ICT Advisory Committee, HK Scout Association; Vice-Chairperson of the CreateSmart Initiative Vetting Committee; Member, Technology Advisory Committee of the eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre; Member, Radio Television Hong Kong Board of Advisors; Member of The Hong Kong Society for the Aged Advisory Committee on ICT Development.
黃錦輝教授
黃錦輝教授為香港中文大學工程學院副院長（外務）、系統工程與工程管理學系教授及創新科技中心主任，香港中文大學創業研究中心副主任，高可信軟件技術教育部重點實驗室(香港中文大學分實驗室)主任、哈爾濱工業大學（深圳）特聘教授。
在學術方面，黃教授的研究興趣集中在數據庫及中文信息處理方面，並於多份國際刊物、會議及書籍中發表過超過二百六十份報告。他是IEEE的高級成員，計算語言學協會（ACL）、英國電腦學會（BCS）、國際工程技術學會（IET）和香港工程學會（HKIE）的會士-
，以及香港工業專業評審局「2020榮譽院士」。此外，他還是ACM亞洲語言資訊處理雜誌（TALIP）和《國際計算語言學和中文處理期刊》的創刊編輯。
黃教授活躍於資訊科技界及社會工作，他現時是第十三屆中國人民政治協商會議全國委員會香港地區委員、香港童軍總會資訊科技委員會主席、廣東省粤港澳大灣區合作促進會常務理事；第六屆深圳市科協常務委員、第十二屆廣州市科學技術協會國際顧問、第十三屆廣州市政協前委員。
黃教授亦是金融糾紛調解中心董事、中學IT創新實驗室計劃評審委員會主席、香港童軍總會資訊科技委員會主席、創意智優計劃評審委員會副主席、一邦國際網上國際仲調 (eBRAM) 資訊科技顧問諮詢委員會委員、香港電台顧問委員會成員、香港耆康老人福利會資訊及通訊科技發展諮詢委員會委員。
黃教授於2011年獲香港特別行政區政府頒發榮譽勳章，以表揚其對香港資訊科技界發展之貢獻。
